Consultation Process
Each custom garment begins with a consultation to discuss design preferences, fabrics, measurements, embellishments, and delivery timelines.
Measurements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and for selecting the appropriate size in accordance with the Size Guide provided on the website.
Where measurements are provided remotely, Saher Dia cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate information.
Design Approval
Prior to production, clients will review and approve all design specifications.
Once approval has been provided, any significant design changes may experience additional charges.
Production Timeline
Production timelines vary depending on design complexity and fabric availability.
Estimated completion times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks and will be confirmed during the consultation process.
Alterations
Minor alterations may be offered at the discretion of the atelier within 10-14 days.
Additional charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Because each garment is created specifically for the client, custom and made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refund Policy
All custom and made-to-measure orders are non-refundable.
Craftsmanship
Each garment is handcrafted and may contain slight variations that reflect the unique nature of couture craftsmanship.
These variations are not considered defects.
