Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5-7  business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-measure and custom orders require additional production time as specified during the ordering process.

While some designs may be available for immediate delivery, others may require customization or be recreated specifically to the client's requested size. Should additional production be required, our team will contact the client directly to discuss the details and provide an estimated completion and delivery timeline. We are committed to ensuring that every garment meets the Saher Dia's standards of craftsmanship and quality before shipment.

 

Delivery Times

United Arab Emirates:
2–5  business days

International Deliveries:
7–14  business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, or courier delays.

 

Shipping Fees

Complimentary shipping is offered on the initial delivery of each order.

Should an exchange be requested, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange, including the return shipment to the atelier and the shipment of the exchanged item.

Complimentary shipping is offered once per order and is not applicable to exchange shipments or additional deliveries.

 

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

 

Order Tracking

Once orders are shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp, where available.
